Move, Sing, Breathe !
Finding the time to attend classes related to mindfulness, singing, yoga and movement etc.
all in one week can be challenging. However, all these elements are beneficial and it is possible to
sequence a variety of these practices successfully into one class!
Luc combines a variety of nourishing practices with the intention of bringing balance and harmony into our lives.
Singing and chanting is primarily done 'Call and Response' -- sometimes with lyric sheets.
No prior musical training or note reading is needed.
